about kids yoga

Kids Yoga is the Holy Yoga experience for kids from newborn to 6 years.  Our purpose is to help children learn to self-regulate.  We teach alignment of the heart, mind, and body through picture books, movement, songs, playful activities, and visual meditations while modeling joy, peace, patience, kindness and self-control.

baby yoga, 30 minutes/ 30 minute parent group $45

my grown-up and me partner yoga, 50 minutes $25/pair*

*one free class with purchase of 5 class punch card
